I am constantly being stunned and genuinely impressed by New World wines and so I wanted to put a wine masterclass together to show how incredible these wines are and showcase some pioneers making iconic wines. We will take a journey across the New World – places where winemakers are less bound by centuries of rules and traditions, and more free to experiment, explore, and express their creativity.
These trailblazers epitomize the spirit of innovation, creativity, and boldness that defines the great winemakers of the New World. While tradition and heritage remain the backbone of wine, it is often outside of the Old World that boundaries are pushed, rules are rewritten, and new expressions are born.
Our focus is on the pioneers—those who are reshaping the reputation of their regions, experimenting with techniques, and championing a true sense of place. These winemakers are storytellers, explorers, and risk-takers, drawing inspiration from the past but unafraid to forge a new path. From mountain peaks to ocean coasts, from forgotten old vines to cutting-edge cellars, the New World is where innovation thrives and the wines are delicious. We will try wines fantastic wines from Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Canada and the USA ....from icons like Larry Cherubino, Mac Forbes, Sebastian Zuccardi, Kelby Russell, Peter-Allan Finlayson and many more....a real treat and expect the unexpected!
