This will be looking at grapes across the world, whether indigenous or international grape varieties – we will look at organic, biodynamic, orange, pink & natural wines. We will explore viticulture – the vineyard is such an important part of the wine process and discuss the soil and history of the terroir – which has a huge impact on the end wine. We'll also look at grapes that are heat resistant and that are being cultivated more due to climate change.
